Price Adjustment Effective July 15, 2024

First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued patronage and trust in Vivia Print. It’s because of customers like you that our business has flourished, allowing us to improve the quality of our services continuously.

We are writing to inform you that, effective July 15, 2024, we will implement a price adjustment on our products and services. Despite our best efforts to keep prices low and absorb increasing operating costs, this change is necessary to ensure that we can continue delivering the exceptional quality you’ve come to expect from us.

If you have a print store and use our fulfillment services, we highly encourage you to review and adjust your product prices as needed before the new pricing is implemented.

Why Are We Increasing Our Prices?

  • Rising Costs of Materials: Over the past few years, the raw materials required to produce our fine art prints have steadily increased. This includes premium papers, high-quality inks, and other essential supplies. To maintain the exceptional quality of our prints, we must adapt to these rising costs.
  • Enhanced Equipment and Processes: We continually strive to improve the quality of our prints by investing in state-of-the-art printing technology and upgrading our production processes. These enhancements come with additional costs but ensure that every print meets the highest standards of fidelity and durability.
  • Fair Compensation for Our Team: Our talented team is the heart of our business. We are committed to providing fair wages and benefits to our employees, ensuring they feel motivated and valued for their hard work and dedication. Given the steady increase in living expenses in California, it is necessary to adjust wages to help our employees maintain their standard of living. This price adjustment will enable us to continue attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry.
  • Price Increase on Smaller Prints: We wanted to take a moment to explain why the price for some of our smaller prints has seen a more significant increase compared to larger sizes. After a thorough review, we realized that producing smaller prints was not adequately covering our costs. Despite their size, small prints require the same amount of time, labor, and meticulous attention to detail as larger ones. To ensure fair compensation for the effort and resources involved, smaller prints will be more expensive per square foot. Rest assured, all of our prices remain competitive, reflecting our commitment to providing value across all our product offerings.

New Wholesale and Student Pricing

We are excited to announce the implementation of new pricing tiers for our wholesale and student customers soon. For wholesale orders, we will be introducing automatic discounts to make bulk purchasing more affordable. Students can contact us to open a student account, which will apply the available promotional discounts automatically to their orders. These new pricing tiers are designed to offer greater accessibility and value to our diverse customer base.
