How to Integrate Your Shopify Store with Vivia Print
Follow the steps below to set up your Shopify store for automated printing and fulfillment with Vivia Print.

Set Up Your Products in Shopify
Create your products and variants (such as sizes, finishes, etc.) directly in your Shopify store. These will later be imported into Vivia Print.

Connect Your Shopify Store to Vivia Print
Log into your Vivia Print account. Go to the Integrations section and follow the instructions to securely connect your Shopify store.

Add a Credit Card for Billing
In your Vivia Print account, navigate to the Billing page and add a valid credit card. This card will be charged for order costs and shipping.

Import Products into Vivia Print
Use the Import Products feature in your Vivia Print account. This will:
- Sync your Shopify products to Vivia Print
- Update the inventory warehouse of each variant to Vivia Print (this is required for fulfillment)

Upload Print Files
Go to the Products page in your Vivia Print account. For each imported variant, upload the required print file (a high-resolution artwork file used for printing).

Request Fulfillment for Orders
When a customer places an order in your Shopify store:
- Request fulfillment via your Shopify dashboard
- This sends the order to Vivia Print for processing
- Tip: You can automate this in Shopify Settings > Checkout > Order Processing

Order Processing
Once your setup is complete:
- Orders are automatically processed by Vivia Print
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the customer’s destination (no flat fee)
- Your credit card is charged automatically, including shipping

Printing & Drop Shipping
We print the product and drop ship it directly to your customer’s address. No further action is needed on your part — fulfillment is fully handled by Vivia Print.
